Yoga Moves As We Age

With Mindy Eisenberg, founder YogaMovesMS

Adaptive yoga is addressing what students need now, ultimately helping them feel more comfortable in their body. Mindy Eisenberg, MHSA, E-RYT-500, founder of Yoga Moves MS, demonstrates the differences between MS and Parkinson related exercises, how and when to push to the edge of a workout, and various ways to energize her students.

Mindy also presents her go-to yoga workout flashcards, book, and instructive videos which feature poses, breathing, and explains her color-coded system for standing, chair, and mat yoga.

Yoga Moves MS is more than adaptive yoga classes dedicated to those with Multiple Sclerosis and other similar neuromuscular conditions. They are a growing supportive community of students, teachers, volunteers, and leaders.
