The Benefits of an Independent Living Community

Leslee Poegel of All Seasons Living, West Bloomfield, Michigan

Leslee Poegel, Director of Sales and Marketing at All Seasons Living in West Bloomfield discusses the benefits and perks for seniors downsizing and moving to an all-inclusive community. She takes us on a tour of the facility and explains the virtues of the All Seasons community, tapping into the emotional, physical and well-being of seniors ready to make a change.

Leslee brings over 15 years of experience to the team, specializing in home care and hospice. Born and raised in Dearborn, Michigan, her day-to-day tasks involve interfacing with families, providing tours of the community, and/or coordinating any staff who also assist in these activities. Her guiding principles are setting a standard for behavior and attitude within a workplace. These allow her to live and work to her best while enabling others to do the same.
