Lynn Breuer of Jewish Family Service of Metro Detroit discusses Medications and Aging. Learn why and how overmedication for sleep, anxiety and depression issues have become so prevalent, and how to avoid becoming a victim. Lynn also discusses the side effects of medications, accurate usages, and The Beers Criteria for inappropriate medication use in older adults.
Lynn currently heads up JFS’s Chronic Disease Management programs, which in addition to geriatric care management, includes cognitive wellness programming as well as individual and group health coaching.
