Going Above and Beyond for Clients

The challenges we all face in times of crisis are one of the same. Panic, fear, anxiety come to all humans when there is uncertainty and the unknown. As the owner and Administrator of AE Home Care, a non-medical caregiving agency, we have always been aware of the vulnerability of our senior clients. We practice universal precautions, additional continuing education for our staff, supply our teammates with gloves and devices.

However, the pandemic we are all struggling to keep up with has shown me what amazing members and staff AE really has. The caregivers of AE have shown so brightly in this crisis with going above and beyond to be there for our clients. Taking on extra shifts, going the extra mile to support those who need it most. Through times of struggle and adversity true champions and heroes show themselves. The AE Home Care staff has taken this pandemic and not missed a beat.

I want to show my gratitude and thanks to my office staff, Stephanie Riches, Tiffany Crisman, Brenda Colon, my nurse Karen Jocque. There would not be AE Home Care without all of them and my rockstar caregivers in the field. They do their job with excellence and pride, compassion and love every day, COVID 19 crisis or not.
