Falls and Their Impact on Life

Dr. Hoffman provides five crucial points of advice in preventing falls, as they pertain to middle age, 65+, and the 80+ demographics. He also addresses the economic impact of falls, citing increasing expenditures throughout the years as they relate to Medicare, hospitals and post-acute care, as well as the effect that the Coronavirus pandemic has on seniors, resulting in additional risk factors.
