Wendy discusses her career path from teaching in the Detroit schools, attending law school as one of a few women, her time as a probate judge and then a circuit judge in the Oakland County, Michigan courts. She explains how she was first appointed to be a judge, and describes highlights of her career on the bench.

Wendy offers plenty of advice to aspiring lawyers, judges, and women in general as they embark on successful careers. While enjoying retirement, Wendy is actively involved with JAMS Mediation and Arbitration and explains her role in the organization.
