Jacqueline Cooper lost her father to suicide when she was 22. Her mission now is to help those who have suffered tremendous loss, as she guides them over time to begin to heal and find new meaning. Jacqueline discusses the warning signs of suicide, risk factors, the stigma surrounding suicide and her coaching techniques. She also addresses the necessity of recognizing suicide as a national health crisis, and the effects of the Covid pandemic on mental health and wellness.
