In trusting science, we cannot dispute that human activity is causing climate change all over the globe. Chris Edwards, recovering broadcast and digital meteorologist discusses the science, data, and the causes and effects of ‘freaky weather’ occurrences, as they are continually on the rise. Chris explains the polar vortex, the rise in forest fires, hurricanes, severe rain and snow storms, the Gulf Stream, and the Great Lakes region.

Shedding a positive light on the issue, Chris also discusses plastics, carbon dioxide, electric cars, auto emissions, and provides recommendations on how we all can make a difference.

Chris’s lifelong love and career in meteorology has allowed him to share his enthusiasm with others while presenting complex topics in a riveting way. He was the chief meteorologist at WJBK-FOX2 for 15 years, as well as a broadcast and digital meteorologist at WXYZ-TV for over 10 years in the Detroit area.
